Thank you for your interest in The Healing Cowgirl products!

1. Minimum Order $300

First time wholesale customers will need to meet the minimum order value of $300 excluding shipping costs. This can be any combination of our products, as long as the total order value reaches the minimum order of $300.

2. Wholesale Pricing

All authorized retailers will receive special wholesale pricing, plus the cost of shipping. We feel our pricing and the high quality of our product make us very competitive in the market. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Suggested Retail

Products or goods purchased from The Healing Cowgirl shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 30% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 30% discount by the Wholesale customer must be requested in writing to The Healing Cowgirl.

4. Placing An Order

Once you have submitted the wholesale application and are approved, you can login to our website and start purchasing products at our wholesale pricing.

5. Payments

Please note that payment is due in full before we process orders. The Healing Cowgirl accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

6. Purchase Orders

7. Net 30 Requests

Distributors who would like to be considered for Net 30 terms will need to indicate so on the application.

8. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We ship with USPS and UPS for large orders. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 7% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $25.00 will apply.

9. Drop Shipping

We do offer drop shipping. Please be advised that there is different pricing scale for drop shipping. If you’re interested, please make this known in the wholesale application.

10. Shipping International Orders

We are just branching outside of the United States, please consult with us to make sure deliveries are able to be made to your destination.

11. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

12. Order Cancellations

Once an order is received, we immediately start to process it. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already moved into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has been placed into the production process. Any orders cancelled will be charged a restocking fee.

13. Returns

Returns must be made in writing, via email, directly to The Healing Cowgirl within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without The Healing Cowgirl’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.

14. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact The Healing Cowgirl within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
