Suggested Daily Dosage:
- Adults: Shake well before using. Take up to 1 dropper (1 mL) at a time. Start with a smaller dose and work your way up to find your “sweet spot.” You may take up to 2 times per day, depending on your individual needs.

- Place and hold a serving under your tongue for fast absorption and benefits, or add it to a morning cup of coffee, smoothie, or any other food and beverage.
Suggested Use:
Shake well, apply 1mL dropper under tongue. Wait 30 seconds or more before swallowing. Most effective when taken daily as part of your wellness routine. Carefully adjust dosage as needed.
For Best Results:
- Consistency is key. Take CBD regularly; at the same time every day.
- Store at room temperature away from light.
- Dropper use: Gently squeeze the rubber end and release. The dropper will fill about halfway, but this indicates a “full dropper.” (Oil will not fill the entire dropper.)
