Suggested Daily Dosage:
- Adults: Shake well before using. Take up to 1 dropper (1 mL) at a time. Start with a smaller dose and work up to find your “sweet spot.” Depending on your individual needs, you may take it up to 2 times per day.

Suggested Use:
Shake well, then apply a 1mL dropper under the tongue. Wait 30 seconds or more before swallowing. This is most effective when taken daily as part of your wellness routine. Carefully adjust the dosage as needed.
For Best Results:
- Consistency is key. Take CBD regularly, at the same time every day.
- Store at room temperature away from light.
- Dropper use: Gently squeeze the rubber end and release. The dropper will fill about halfway, indicating a “full dropper.” (Oil will not fill the entire dropper.)
- Avoid touching the dropper to mouth to preserve the quality of your hemp extract oil.
